Xela is the managing lead for a consortium of strategic product development partners. For any given project, Xela serves as project coordinator, closely managing the product development process from concept to market. At each gate in the process, a different partner assumes a lead role in the development of the product, with Xela providing the hands-on management and crucial oversight. Xela also ensures that each product makes a seamless transition from one Gate in the process to the next, and that those processes that run in parallel share an iterative relationship.
