David Bauer—Engineering Project Manager
- Manages projects to ensure execution of all engineering and related development requirements.
- Coordinates, manages, and communicates project objectives and issues with outside and overseas (Europe and Asia) design resources, manufacturing facilities, and supply vendors.
- Provides technical risk assessments, lead design reviews and critical path evaluations for assigned development project(s).
- Coordinates and manages product testing and regulatory and agency compliance approvals (domestic and international) as required for the project.
- Collaborates with Xela project Business Owner and Executive Sponsor to lead assigned development projects.
- Reviews and assesses the marketing requirements and product definition to create a development plan, product specification, testing plan, and compliance approval requirements.
- Collaborates with lead designer and project engineer to ensure all design intent captured in final product manufacturing drawings.
